The Apnea Academy Second Level course is designed to fulfill that personal need to refine and improve your freediving skills, allowing you to progress slowly while learning how your body performs during apnea.
Minimum age required 15.
You should have a AA Second Level certification or equivalent.

1 Confined water session
4 Open water sessions
The AA Second Level course consists of three main phases:
- Knowledge development about advanced freediving techniques and equipment.
- Confined water session to learn stretching and relaxation techniques as well as refine static and dynamic apnea. Goal – static apnea of 2 minutes, 30 seconds (2 minutes for freedivers younger than 18) and dynamic apnea of 55 metres(40 metres for freedivers younger than 18)
- Open water sessions to practice deeper free immersion and constant weight freedives, along with additional buddy procedures and rescue techniques. Goal – constant weight freedive of 18 meters/65 feet (15 metres for freedivers younger than 18)
Equipment is not included in the price, it can be rent at the dive center with a 30% off.
